Actually, an adapter question. So I have one of those adapters, that goes into the cigarette lighter of the car? So the iPod battery doesn't drain and also so it recharges?
Apparently, the tip broke off (so it's broken) but here's the kicker...it broke off inside the cigarette lighter.
Other than taking it to the dealer, any suggestions?

Um. Wow. How jammed in there is it? Would a pencil with some gum get it out? Without making it worse? A really strong magnet? Does the electric current cease when the car is off? Electrocution would, er, be bad.
On my car at least, the electricity is off when the ignition key is not inserted and turned on.
Long tweezers? Long-nosed pliers?
