So the title for the last Harry Potter book has been announced:
Harry Potter and the Vampire Tooth Fairies!
What do you mean, that's not it? Wouldn't it be awesome, tho, if HP and company had to fight tooth fairies gone bad?
OK, the "real" title is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. As reported in every other blog in the world and all newspapers.
So, what would you have picked for a title?

First of all, you get points for posting at 9:06, because that translates into September 6th, my birthday.
(I see everything as numbers, patterns, and words. Just smile and nod, because I know I'd odd.)
Moving right along: Have you read The Tooth Fairy by Audrey and Don Wood? If not, find it. Find it right now. It's a picture book and it won't take you long to read. It's hilarious.
Finally: I am fairly apathetic about the title. I'm not a huge HP fan, but I'd rather read about him that certain other big names (sounds like: Fair E. Gone) and I think the title is meant to sound scary, but I'm not scared.
*I'm* scared, but I was scared before.
It's been commented on many times, but the Harry Potter titles aren't ever really inspired. I guess the cover art makes up for it.... ;) I'll be really excited when we get a release date.
I entered "Harry Potter and the Flight of Death" into the title contest. I thought it was a cool play on Voldemort, but I didn't really love it as a title in and of itself.
I wonder what Deathly Hallows are?

I suggested it was a play on words (since JKR is so fond of them) and relates to Godric's HOLLOW - and perhaps the fact that Harry learns something of significance about his parents' deaths whilst visiting there...
A hallow is the royal regalia carried by the King, or the objects sought by someone such as a 'Grail Quester' In other words: horcruxes.
