Norma Fox Mazer passed away this weekend.
ShelfTalker, a Publishers Weekly blog, has a lovely post up: In Memory of Norma Fox Mazer.
My favorite Norma Fox Mazer book? I'll have to go with one of her books I read as a teen, Taking Terri Mueller. What about you?

Sad to hear the news. My favorite Norma Fox Mazer book was B, my name is Bunny. Taking Terri Mueller was another favorite as well.
I loved loved Silver when I read it in high school. I still think about it sometimes.
I've only read Mazer's last novel Missing Girl. Loved it.
I read everything Norma Fox Mazer I could get my hands on and even settled from some of her collaborations with her husband when I ran out. My favorite, the one that has stuck with me, is Silver. I also loved When We First Met.
I forgot what a huge part of my tween/teen years she was until I heard she was gone. So sad!
Ohhhhh... I hadn't heard about this. I loved AFTER THE RAIN when I was a teen and I was just thinking about it last night, actually. Maybe I'll reread it in her honor.
