Self Promotion
A local article mentioning me. It mentions a diversity fair I'm doing at my library; an upcoming performance by The Snakes (Irish traditional and pub music); and -- here's the child lit part -- notes that on November 18 (a Saturday), our local teens will be putting on a puppet show based on Jingle Dancer by Cynthia Leitich Smith (thanks to Debbie Reese for the suggestion.) (For the record, I didn't say Native Americans were Romanized; I said romanticized; but it's still a nice article.)

It is a nice article.

Very cool, Liz
GO you!
I read that way too fast and thought it said, "Jiggle Dancer", which would have been a whole different show.
Awesome, Liz.
Can you take pictures of the puppet show, describe it to us, how kids respond to it, etc?
I'd love to hear how it goes.
Thanks,
Debbie
