Thanks to Gail for the quiz. I'm sure if I'd picked babysitting instead of reading, I'd also be Beth.

I'm her too! I suspect it's rigged and everyone is. ;-) Who the heck else is worth being?!

Hey, I'm Elizabeth Bennett, too. The survey says that only 12% of people got this result, but I don't know... Looks like 100% to me. But I'm pleased with the result anyway. I just watched the new movie with Kiera Knightly, and even though I know the story practically by heart, I was still completely gripped by it.

Even tho the Colin Firth version remains my favorite, I did enjoy the Kiera Knightly one!

Colin Firth was PERFECT for the role, though this guy grew on me.

Matthew Macfadyen was on Spooks/MI-5, an awesome British series about spies. This was a very different type of role than that, but I adored him in MI5 so was also happy to see him here.

I think this P&P is good for when you need that hit of Darcy/Elizabeth but don't have the umpteen hours to watch the BBC version.

Also, it's cool to see the different interpretations of the book, staying fairly true to plot & character, yet being original. This one, for example, did a great job at showing the different financial/ class worlds of the people.

You're Lizzie? How cool is that? I'm Jane Eyre. It's been a while but I'm not sure I'm excited about this.
